Elementary Student Registration Form
With the complications of COVID 19 the district will prepare for face to face and online teaching models. In addition to the normal list below the district would appreciate cleaning wipes, hand sanitizer, facial tissues, and purchase your own preferred mask. The district will be purchasing all of these items in bulk, including masks, but it is difficult to predict the quantities needed for the year.
